Know that anger is never useful and there is never a good reason for anger. Reduce anger in any way you can.
Anger is never a good guide for humans. Only the most stupid animals must depend on anger as guide.
Do nothing until the nervous system has calmed.
Then do good for a lusty life.

It is likely what you will be frustrated and angry today because of evil and/or insane persons.
Let that frustration and anger disappear and not harm you too much.
Take rational control.

Fear.

Maybe there is no difference between fear and panic except that fear is less strong.

Panic can be related to fear.

Panic can be related to frustration.

Panic happens when there is no acceptable outcome or escape.
