Note.

Everything on this page is my personal opinion.

The selected videos reflect my personal opinion to some extent.

I do not claim that a certain thought or feeling can create or cure a certain disease.
My message is that the nervous system (thoughts, judgements, decisions, preferences, feelings, hormones, direct control) and diet and microbes and expression of genes and health are related.

Drives of misery.

Worries and distress (unpleasant stress) are the begin of drives of misery.
Little or no worries is the begin of good life.
I have experienced and encountered countless times that drives of misery are self-made by self-made distress.
Acceptance and calm and relaxation instead of distress and drives of misery.

Drives of misery are typically related to self-imposed MUST BE or MUST HAVE or MUST DO or MUST NOT BE or MUST NOT HAVE or MUST NOT DO constraints.

There is no "normal to be" that is good enough or not.
There is no "normal to have" that is good enough or not.
There is no "normal to do" that is good enough or not.

Drives of misery are typically related to harmful aggression and distress (unpleasant stress).

Drives of misery are typically activated when:
Empathy or sympathy can lead to drives of misery.

Drives of misery are the result of a certain activity of cells.
There is no drive of misery without corresponding activity of cells.

In extreme states like anger or panic or depression, the intelligence and ability to recognize what is true and good and possible is greatly reduced.
In these extreme cases, try to remain calm and to not worry until the brain is again in a more relaxed and intelligent state.
In case of fear:
Biology of Belief - by Bruce Lipton (full documentary) 2012-04-16.
Common distress and drives of misery:
Distress and drives of misery can lead to:

Personality after loss.

Loss of someone or something.

Worries and distress (unpleasant stress) are the begin of drives of misery.
Little or no worries is the begin of good life.
I have experienced and encountered countless times that drives of misery are self-made by self-made distress.
Acceptance and calm and relaxation instead of distress and drives of misery.

No distress and misery because of mistakes.
No regret.
No anger.
No guilt.
No sadness.

Mistakes happen.
Terrible accidents happen.
Unfair accidents happen.
Even if humans were twice as intelligent and careful, terrible mistakes and accidents would still happen.

Only this should be done after a loss:

Anger.

Worries and distress (unpleasant stress) are the begin of drives of misery.
Little or no worries is the begin of good life.
I have experienced and encountered countless times that drives of misery are self-made by self-made distress.

Anger does not help.
Anger prevents you from thinking or feeling or doing well.
Anger prevents good thoughts or feelings or deeds if they are related to anger or something or someone related to anger.

Stop making anger.
Stop making anger by understanding and judging what is in a way that allows you to stop making anger.
Stop making anger by accepting what is.
Stop making anger by accepting what could be.
Do yourself the favor of not making anger.

Regret.

Worries and distress (unpleasant stress) are the begin of drives of misery.
Little or no worries is the begin of good life.
I have experienced and encountered countless times that drives of misery are self-made by self-made distress.
Acceptance and calm and relaxation instead of distress and drives of misery.

The solution for regret:

Fear.

I have experienced and encountered countless times that drives of misery are self-made by self-made distress.
Acceptance and calm and relaxation instead of distress and drives of misery.

IMO:
Fear is most often related to a fantasy.
Panic is related to perceived reality.

Fear and panic are related to fear, unease, repulsion and reluctance, feeling sick and nauseated, feeling weird or crazy, unpleasant thoughts and feelings, perception of the environment as weird or creepy or unreal.
It is no coincidence that the setting and story in horror movies is weird and creepy and unreal.

Fear is caused by a fantasy of loss or deprivation of what you like or want or need.

Fear does not help.
Fear prevents you from thinking or feeling or doing well.
Fear prevents good thoughts or feelings or deeds if they are related to fear or something or someone related to fear.

Stop making fear.
Stop making fear by understanding and judging what is in a way that allows you to stop making fear.
Stop making fear by accepting what is.
Stop making fear by accepting what could be.
Do yourself the favor of not making fear.

Solutions to get out of fear and panic:

Panic or panic attack.

Useful behavior is useful.

Shame is useless.

Shame is harmful and a drive of distress and misery.

Shame prevents a good personality.

Shame prevents you from doing what you want and thus from realizing your wishes.

Shame prevents you from having the friends you want and who suit you.

If you live according to your preferences, then you allow other persons to live according to their preferences that are compatible with your preferences.

Procrastination (reluctance, inhibition) means not doing for what you want despite having the time and ability to do if not prevented by procrastination.

Laziness is reluctance to spend time with and effort for things that you do not like or do not want.
Laziness is basically a healthy behavior.
Laziness is a problem in a bad world that does not suit you.

The human brain is never lazy in the sense of not wanting to do.
The personality of a human is determined by understanding and by the nervous system and by biochemistry.

IMO procrastination is always caused by fear and/or maybe anger.
Something causes fear and/or anger and thus inhibition (reluctance, laziness) to do (what is good and required).
The solution:
  1. Pleasant feelings and judgements and expectations for what you want to do.
    Removal of fear or panic.
  2. A habit of good life.

How to begin a habit of good life:
Use the magic of time: Many small deeds over time change much.
