Panic.

Panic happens when reality can not be accepted.
Panic happens when there is no acceptable outcome or escape.

A nightmare (typically involving fight or flight) is a symptom of fear or panic.

In case of panic:
The nervous system makes panic.

Do not make panic.
Do not insist on what must be and what must not be.

When in panic, the only thing to do is to calm your nervous system (intelligence).
Do not worry about you and the world.
Do not use your intelligence.
Surrender. Relax.
Have simple pleasant calming thoughts. Or no thoughts.
Keep your breathing and some of your immediate safe stable calming material things in mind.
Do nothing else until the nervous system has calmed.

Concentrate on yourself and your breathing and have calming thoughts and feelings.
Do nothing else until the nervous system has calmed.
Then do good for a lusty life.

Frustration and sadness.
